Retired Surgeon Nurse

For Physicians: $12.95 per month, with a minimum twelve month initial commitment (the "Initial Commitment Period").  Members of the AAGL, retired surgeons, nurses, physicians-in-training and nurses-in-training (please email documentation of your status): $9.95 per month, with a minimum twelve month initial commitment. Your credit cards will be charged monthly  during the Initial Commitment Period. After the initial twelve month term, your subscription will automatically renew for additional 1 month periods unless you notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription.  There will continue to be no pro-ration of rates for partial months, and no refunds of pro-rated rates for mid-month cancellations.  You may cancel your subscriptions by sending us an email at customerservice@surgeryu.com.

In the event of a cancellation during an Initial Commitment Period, SurgeryU reserves the right to accelerate payments due SurgeryU and charge such payments in a lump sum to your credit card.  There will be no pro-ration of rates for partial months, and no refunds of pro-rated rates for mid-month cancellations. Your user name and password will be valid until the termination or expiration of the Physician's subscription period.

For Patients: $12.95 for a thirty-day subscription. This is a non-refundable rate, and there will be no full or partial refunds for cancellations prior to the end of the monthly subscription period. There is no automatic renewal after 30 days.
